Frequently Asked Questions

Which devices are supported?

Coco’s Court currently supports iPhone running iOS 18 or later and integrates with Apple Health and Apple Watch data through your iPhone.

Do I need an Apple Watch?

An Apple Watch is recommended to capture heart rate, activity, and workout data. Coco’s Court uses this information through Apple Health on your iPhone.

PaddleMatch does not require an Apple Watch.

Can I use PaddleMatch without an Apple Watch?

Yes. PaddleMatch works on iPhone and does not require an Apple Watch.

Why isn’t my workout showing up?

If a workout doesn’t appear in Coco’s Court:

  1. Confirm the workout is visible in the Apple Fitness or Apple Health app.
  2. Make sure Coco’s Court has permission to read your Health data (Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Coco’s Court).
  3. Wait 1–2 minutes after ending your workout to allow Apple Health to finish syncing.
  4. Reopen Coco’s Court or pull down to refresh your dashboard.
  5. If the workout still hasn’t appeared in Apple Fitness or Apple Health, check your Apple Watch. If it appears stuck after ending the workout, such as on the Rate Your Effort screen, restart your Apple Watch and check Apple Fitness again.

Coco’s Court can only retrieve a workout after it has been successfully saved and synced to Apple Health.

Can I request a new feature?

Absolutely. We welcome ideas that can help improve Coco’s Court and PaddleMatch.

Does Coco’s Court store my Health data?

Coco’s Court reads health and workout data from Apple Health only with your permission. Your data is used to generate your personal insights and is never sold to third parties.

Is Coco’s Court available on Android?

No. Coco’s Court currently uses Apple Watch and Apple Health data, so it’s available only for iPhone and Apple Watch.
