Apple Health Data (Coco’s Court)

With your explicit permission, Coco’s Court reads selected information from Apple Health.

5. Sleep data
6. Body weight
7. Other health and fitness data required to generate recovery, performance, and training insights.

You can change or revoke these permissions at any time through the Health app or your device’s Privacy settings.

How We Use Health Data

Health data is used solely to provide the features of Coco’s Court, including:

• Personalized dashboards and trends
• Recovery analysis
• Performance insights
• Training recommendations
• Fatigue monitoring
• Fuel and hydration guidance
• Workout history

We do not use your Health data for advertising or marketing purposes. HealthKit data is never shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Information Stored in Your Account

To provide personalized insights and maintain your workout history, we may securely store information associated with your account, including:

• Profile information
• Workout summaries
• Heart rate data associated with workouts
• Sleep and recovery information
• Recovery and performance metrics
• Fuel and wellness information
• User-entered notes and preferences

This information is used only to provide and improve the services offered by our applications.

Subscriptions and Purchases

If you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store, Apple processes your payment. We do not receive or store your payment card information. We may receive information from Apple confirming your subscription status so we can provide access to premium features.

Data Retention

We retain your account and health-related information only as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you delete your account or request deletion, we will remove your personal information within a reasonable period except where retention is required by law.

Analytics

We do not sell your personal information or use third-party advertising or analytics services that track your activity across other companies’ apps or websites.

PaddleMatch

PaddleMatch collects the questionnaire responses you choose to provide in order to generate personalized paddle recommendations.

These responses are used only to produce your recommendation report and improve future versions of the application.

Third-Party Services

Our services may rely on trusted third-party providers, including:

• Apple Health
• Apple TestFlight
• Apple App Store
• Google Forms (beta applications)
• Supabase (secure cloud database hosting)

These providers maintain their own privacy policies governing the services they provide.
